GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS


  1. You must be the legal owner of the car and you must possess a valid driver’s license.
  2. The car must be in general good condition, and must be legal to drive with on the public roads.
  3. You can only compete in the country you live in.
  4. You can be removed from the competition if you supply false information. All supplied information will be verified with the selected finalists.
  5. Your car should be available for promotion purposes from July 2009 until August 2010.
  6. Your user profile is the only way to convince the jury. No further correspondence is possible.
  7. You accept the fact that the DOTZ jury will select the final winners based on their own judgement (even if the public voting doesn’t match with that decision).
  8. In June 10 finalists from each country are invited to the finals on Automania (4+5 July). If you don’t react to the invitation within 4 days, someone else will be invited to replace you.
  9. If you are invited for the finals you will receive free weekend tickets for Automania. For friends & relatives there will be a discount offer for extra tickets.
  10. Profiles that contain wrong or harmful content (e.g. racism, advertising) and non-serious profiles can be removed by the administrator without further notice.


WHEN YOU BECOME TEAM RIDER


  1. You become our ambassador and we expect you to promote the DOTZ brand wherever and whenever you can.
  2. You will receive a sponsor contract for a minimum of 1 year (starting on the date the sponsored wheels are mounted on your car)
  3. The sponsored wheels, tires and headunit remain property of DOTZ until 1 year after the start of the sponsor agreement. This means that if we have to end the sponsorship within 1 year (e.g. you sell the car) you have to return these goods to us. After 1 year they become your property.
  4. You are willing to cooperate on a story of your car in a tuning magazine. For this you might have to travel to a photoshoot location (1 day).
  5. You are willing to show your car on special events where DOTZ Tuning Wheels wants to promote the brand. Target is to have your car in 4 out of 5 requests. You will not receive extra compensation for this aside from the total sponsor package. 
  6. DOTZ reserves the right to remove you from the Rider Team if your actions are or have been harmful to the brand. Rule #3 will apply if this is within 1 year.
